Privacy Policy
LUVO Boutique collects personal information including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event details, payment information, and any information you voluntarily provide to us.

Provide and manage our services;
Process payments and appointments;
Communicate regarding bookings and inquiries;
Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Your information may be stored and processed through secure third-party service providers used to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information and will only disclose it as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
By using our website or booking services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined above.
Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure all bookings.
Dates and appointments are not reserved until a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
The remaining balance is due:
Wedding bookings: Five (5) business days prior to the event date.
Special events and salon appointments: On the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made via credit card, debit, e-transfer, cash, or other approved methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Bridal Bookings: All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Any services removed after booking confirmation are subject to a 25% cancellation fee per service. Services removed within thirty (30) days of the event date are subject to full payment. Reschedules are subject to availability and may require a new deposit.
Special Event Bookings : All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of an appointment may be charged 100% of the service total.
In Salon Services: All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of an appointment may be charged 100% of the service total.
Bridal Booking Policy
Wedding bookings are subject to minimum service requirements based on travel distance, scheduling, and staffing needs. Travel fees, parking charges, accommodations, and early start fees may apply and will be outlined in your quote where applicable. Upon receipt of the signed agreement and non-refundable deposit, your wedding date, service timeline, and artist(s) are reserved exclusively for you and blocked in LUVO Boutique's calendar. Services are scheduled based on the final ready time provided by the client. Any changes to services, locations, start times, ready times, timelines, or party size after booking confirmation may result in additional fees and are subject to artist availability. LUVO Boutique reserves the right to adjust timelines as necessary to ensure services are completed efficiently and on schedule.
LUVO Boutique reserves the right to substitute artists due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances with an artist of comparable skill and experience.
Bridal Trial Booking Policy
Bridal trials provide an opportunity to collaborate on the client's desired hair and/or makeup look and make any necessary adjustments prior to the wedding day. Trial appointments are final sale, and payment is due on the day of the appointment.
Clients may schedule a trial appointment prior to securing their wedding date with a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer; however, wedding dates are not reserved until the booking has been formally confirmed. Should the requested date become unavailable, LUVO Boutique will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding an alternative accommodation but cannot guarantee availability.
During peak wedding season (May through October), Friday through Sunday trial appointments are generally unavailable, as these dates are reserved for weddings. If availability permits, a trial appointment may be tentatively scheduled on these dates; however, LUVO Boutique reserves the right to reschedule the appointment should a wedding booking subsequently require the date.
By scheduling a trial appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that a trial appointment does not guarantee the reservation of a wedding date or the availability of a specific artist until a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer have been received.
Special Event Booking Policy

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, all completed services are final sale. Deposits and retainers for all services are non-refundable. Wedding retainers are non-transferrable or refundable.
All retail product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on retail purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Appointment Policy
Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointments.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation of services.
Please arrive free of heavy makeup, eye makeup, or hair products where applicable.
LUVO Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive behavior, contagious illnesses, or conditions that may compromise the safety of our staff or clients.
Lash, Brow & PMU Policy
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medical conditions that may affect treatment. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may impact results and void eligibility for adjustments or touch-ups.
Photo & Media Release Policy
Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant LUVO Boutique permission to photograph and record services performed.
Images and videos may be used for:
Portfolio purposes;
Social media;
Marketing materials;
Educational content;
Website and advertising.
Clients may opt out of photo usage by providing written notice before their appointment.
Luvo Boutique has the right to take photos for personal use for client files without posting on any platform mentioned above.
Website Content & Image Usage
All written content, branding, logos, graphics, and original materials created by LUVO Boutique are the property of LUVO Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Some photographs and videos displayed on this website may be owned by photographers, vendors, clients, or other third-party creators and are used with permission, credit, or consent where applicable. These images remain the property of their respective copyright owners and may not be copied, saved, reposted, edited, or used without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

While LUVO Boutique strives to provide exceptional services and a positive experience, individual results may vary and beauty services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUVO Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, LUVO Boutique's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Governing Law
These Terms and Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
